The new capabilities further enhance the candidate experience on a local level, around the world, and increase recruiter efficiency globally.

The HireRight global platform has supported English, French and Spanish for many years but now includes 15 additional languages such as simplified Chinese, German and Portuguese, supporting seven of the 10 most spoken languages in the world1. Now, the entire screening experience can be in the language the candidate chooses, from email invitations, background check forms and other candidate interactions. Online applicant documents are also customized for individual countries to conform to local address and phone number formatting.
In addition to the extensive language support, HireRight has expanded its integrations with Oracle Taleo Enterprise Cloud Service and Kenexa so that whatever language the recruiter uses in their applicant tracking system, when they submit a background request, it will initiate an email to the candidate in that same language. While offering a centralized, fully integrated solution, HireRight screening is customized to each local market, including its cultural norms.
