HireRight’s I-9 Management Solution Streamlines Hiring and Onboarding Process

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- HireRight, a leader in on-demand employment background checks, drug and health screening and electronic Form I-9 and E-Verify solutions, and a Platinum level member of Oracle® PartnerNetwork (OPN), today announced it has achieved Oracle Validated Integration of its HireRight I-9 Solution with Oracle Talent Management Cloud Service. The HireRight I-9 Solution enables Oracle Taleo Onboarding and Transitions customers to transform a traditionally manual, paper- and time-intensive I-9 process into a highly automated electronic program, helping to reduce costs and improve efficiency, accuracy, compliance alignment and data privacy. The HireRight I-9 Solution provides real-time, automated access to E-Verify checks through the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to ensure employees are legally eligible for employment.

To achieve Oracle Validated Integration, Oracle partners are required to meet a stringent set of requirements that are based on the needs and priorities of customers. The integrated HireRight I-9 Solution provides Oracle Taleo Onboarding and Transitions users with single sign-on access and complete electronic management of the employment eligibility program directly from the Oracle Talent Management Cloud Service. The solution enables organizations to complete electronic I-9 forms, collect, manage and store documentation, and conduct real-time E-Verify checks to enable efficient, convenient and virtually paperless support for compliance with federal and state regulations. It features management reports, compliance tools, document upload capabilities, automated alerts notifying users when documentation updates and renewals are required, and many more features for streamlining the employment eligibility program.
