LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- HireRight, a leader in employment screening solutions, has announced that Powerchex Ltd and Kroll Background Worldwide Ltd have united under the HireRight brand name, creating one of the largest and most capable screening solution providers in the world. Powerchex Ltd (which has changed its name to HireRight Powerchex Ltd) and Kroll Background Worldwide Ltd (which has changed its name to HireRight Ltd) began their transition to a single brand name following last year’s acquisition of the entities by HireRight, Inc. and HireRight’s parent company, Altegrity, Inc., respectively.
