HireRight Acquires Powerchex, a Leading UK-based Screening Provider

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- HireRight, Inc., a leader in on-demand employment background and drug screening, announced today the close of its acquisition of Powerchex Limited, a leading pre-employment screening firm based in the United Kingdom. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
