NDI Expands and Enhances HireRight's Drug and Health Screening Offering

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- HireRight, Inc., an Altegrity company and a leader in on-demand employment background and drug screening, announced today the close of its acquisition of National Diagnostics, Inc. (NDI), a full-service provider of drug testing and physical exam services that has served U.S. and global employers of all sizes for almost 20 years. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
