HireRight Names Valerie Nellen Vice President of Human Resources, Promotes Marc Maloy to Vice President of Worldwide Sales

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- HireRight, Inc., a leader in on-demand employment background and drug screening, has appointed Valerie Nellen, Ph.D., as vice president of human resources and promoted Marc Maloy to vice president of worldwide sales. Both are based out of the Irvine, Calif. global headquarters and report to HireRight president and CEO, Glen Schrank.

Nellen has more than 14 years of human resources and related organizational experience and as vice president of human resources will be responsible for leading and managing HireRight's efforts to attract, develop, engage and retain its highly talented workforce. She joins HireRight from PRTM Management Consulting. Nellen earned a Ph.D. in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University and a B.A. from Harvard University.

Maloy has eight years with HireRight and more than 10 years of sales and operations experience in the employment screening industry. He is promoted from director of enterprise sales to vice president of worldwide sales, focusing on new customer acquisition. He will oversee the new business sales efforts for HireRight's global sales teams. Maloy holds a bachelor's degree in both Operations Management and Human Resources Management from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
