HireRight Appoints Kathleen Delaney Vice President of Marketing and Product

Experienced executive with demonstrated expertise in product development, multi-channel marketing strategy and product marketing

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- HireRight, a leading provider of global employment background checks, drug and health screening, and electronic Form I-9 and E-Verify solutions, today announced it has named Kathleen Delaney as vice president of marketing and product.

Delaney is an accomplished executive with demonstrated expertise in product development, multi-channel marketing strategy, and product marketing. She brings with her a proven track record of successfully realizing new brand and product visions, as well as increasing revenue and profitability, particularly in technology-enabled business services. At HireRight, Delaney will lead a global marketing and product team focused on driving innovation and value for customers around the world.

Prior to joining HireRight, Delaney served as chief marketing officer for San Diego, Calif. based Vistage Worldwide, a membership organization serving business leaders in 16 countries. She also held executive level marketing and product roles for a number of major players in the financial and risk management industry, including Aon Risk Solutions, LexisNexis, and Dow Jones and Company.

Delaney earned a bachelor’s degree in Econometrics and French from Rutgers University. She also holds an MBA in Finance/International Business from the Leonard Stern School of Business at New York University.
